I do a thorough health assessment to examine where you are, where you have been, and where you want to be with your food, nutrition choices, health habits, and more. Please fill in the questionnaire I will send promptly and as thoroughly as possible, so that we can focus on the goals you would like to set.
Together we will develop an individualised blueprint to help you address your nutritional concerns, reach your goals and maintain them while enjoying the foods and flavours you crave. I will also start with nutritional education to empower you to reach your goals
